Improv with Glenn Smith is a demonstration dinner event as much as it is a cooking class. An evening dining on approachable seasonally inspired cuisine, paired with wine. With the appropriate amount of instruction, presented with a balanced (or slightly off balanced) sense of humor. The menus are inviting, the food is delicious and the energy Glenn brings to the table is infectious. Improv became "the" must do Aspen dining event and with limited seating, it would always sell out....And for the record, it not necessarily PG rated. This class is priced all inclusive, paired wine, tax and service.
